From our community
I had it created, published, and shared within minutes. I sent the signup to dozens of people and many of them have since texted me thanking me for how easy it was to actually sign up. Just a name and email, no account needed on their end. And no ads!

For volunteers

Volunteers shouldn't need a password to help out.

They open your link, choose a spot, and enter their name and email. Nothing to download.

  • Private Edit Links

Plans change. Each volunteer gets a private link to fix a typo or cancel without having to contact you.

  • Confirmations and Reminders

A confirmation email arrives right away, and dated signups get a reminder before the event. Both include the edit link.

Questions, answered.

Quick answers about pricing, volunteer access, RSVPs, edits, and reminders.

Is Sign Up Queen really free?

Yes. Unlimited sheets, up to 40 slots each. No ads, credit card, or trial deadline. Pro removes the slot limit for $9 a month or $90 a year.

Do volunteers need an account?

No account needed. Volunteers open your link, choose a spot, and fill in their details. Their confirmation email includes a private link to edit or cancel.

What can I organize with it?

Shifts, time slots, things to bring, and RSVPs. Organize classroom help, potlucks, team snacks, and carpools, or collect RSVPs with adult and child counts. One sheet can do both at once, on any plan.

Can I edit a sheet after I share it?

Yes. Your link stays the same. Update event details and available spots. Review existing signups before removing or changing a claimed spot.

Who can see volunteer information?

Hosts see the details needed to manage their sheet. You choose whether names appear publicly. We do not sell volunteer information or use it for ad targeting.

Do volunteers get reminders?

Yes, by email before the event. Volunteers receive a confirmation and, for dated signups, a reminder. Both include a private link to edit or cancel.

Your next event starts with a sign-up sheet.

Spots, RSVPs, contacts, and notes, all in one place.
