Post the whole season at once
One slot per game, named with the date and the opponent if you know it. Parents can see every game and claim the one that fits.
Letting families choose beats assigning dates. People turn up for the commitment they picked themselves.
Say what a snack is
Team size, allergies, and whether drinks are included all go in the details. Twelve players, nut free, bring water too is the whole brief.
Say whether the snack comes at halftime or after the game. It changes what a parent should buy.
Share it once, then pin it
Send the link at the start of the season and pin it in the team chat. Print a copy for the bag if your parents are not all in the chat.
Anyone who cannot make their game can switch to another one with their own link, so a change does not have to come through you.
Common questions
- What should I bring for team snacks?
- Something easy to hand out and easy to eat with hands. Orange slices, granola bars, pretzels, and water are the standards. Check the team's allergy rules first.
- What if we add games to the schedule?
- Open the manage link and add a slot. The link you already shared stays the same, so you do not have to send a new one.
- What happens if a game is cancelled?
- Rename that slot with the new date through the manage link. The family who claimed it keeps their spot and can see the change, and anyone who cannot make the new date can switch to a different game with their own link.
